Canoe Guide

Dog Handler/ Canoe Guide/ Hiking Guide Muktuk Adventures is an Adventure Company based in the Yukon Territory. We offer dogsledding trips in the winter and in the summer season we do hiking canoe trips. Trips range from half day tours to multi day tours to different parts of the Yukon. We are in need of a parson who loves dogs and adventures. The job would be split between helping take care of the dogs and guiding canoe/hiking trips. Dogs are a big part of who we are- so you really need to love dogs. The right candidate should have Class 4 license – or willing to get it before June 1. Need to have WFR course plus experience leading trips on your own. Not looking for an assistant guide. Has to be comfortable running Class 3 water and teaching guest proper paddling techniques. Dry cabin available for rent on property. Highly recommend to have your own vehicle.
